That has become the purpose of this site—Engaging the Journey of Faith

If you’re not aware, I am working on adding resources to this website that will aid your faith journey. This will not be an all-inclusive resources site, but I do intend to add some helpful information that people may benefit from.

If you have not noticed before, there is a Resources tab above that can lead you to some additional material other than the blog. In this category you will find information about Scripture, about the Gospel, and some helpful links.

You should also notice a section “The Cross: 8 Basic Questions.” Currently, I have only one of these questions published for viewing. Eventually I will have all 8 questions answered and published for viewing. Please be patient with me here, this one could take a while.

Also, I have a new series coming up that I am really excited about. This one will go into the Resources tab once it is finished in the normal posts. To give you a preview, it is an effective way to approach Bible study that I have been thinking about for a while. I will be following an acronym that will be easy to remember and understand. Did I mention that I am excited about this one? I suppose it excites me so much because of the practical implications it has.

This method came out of my own approach to Bible study. The way I read Scripture has changed quite a bit over the years. What I have done is taken the major themes I use when I read Scripture and apply them systematically. Interestingly enough this systematic approach fits nicely into a 5 letter acronym. And if you know me well enough, you know I love acronyms!
