That being said, your advertisement here would be a positive impression on the readers, which in turn builds your own credibility.
Why are advertisement on SB?
As I said, the above three aspects are crucial. You can expect people who trust this site because they trust me as an author. If I endorse you, they will trust my endorsements. Trust is huge.
One thing I can’t stand is a website that has advertisements of just about any random product you can think of. This is not my purpose, and you will not see that type of advertisements here.
For one, I want to offer more resources for people who visit this site. For two, this site is designed for resource-driven material.

Will I advertise anything?
No. I’m not in it just for the money. My purpose is to help people grow into passionate followers of Jesus. If an advertiser has something good to offer(such as Christianbook.com), that’s great. But if there is nothing beneficial to offer for my readers, I will not promote them. The trust of my readers means more to me than their dollars.
While my desire is not to have advertisements for the sake of advertising, I am interested in offering more to my readers. This means if you have something that can benefit my readers, we can talk business.
For instance, say you’re not selling Bible study material, but you are in the business of writing. Maybe you have some tools to help people become effective writers. You would be a candidate for advertising on SortingBeans.com.
